The Gorilla Sports Plastic Barbell Set lets you train your chest, back, arms and shoulders — no extra equipment needed. The set delivers a 100 kg total weight: a 170 cm barbell, a 120 cm EZ curl bar, two 35 cm dumbbell bars, and 14 weight plates (2 × 15 kg, 2 × 10 kg, 2 × 5 kg, 4 × 2.5 kg and 4 × 1.25 kg). Every plate fits any bar with a 30 mm sleeve and locks tight with the included star lock collars. Mix and match the weight you need for every exercise.
Train without marking your floors
Every plate is wrapped in a tough plastic coating. It protects hardwood, tile and concrete from scratches and dampens noise when you set the weight down. Train in your flat without worrying about the floor or your neighbours.
Four bars, endless exercise options
