If you screw the dumbbell bars to the right and left of the connecting tube, they become a barbell with a length of 80 cm.
The scope of delivery also includes four spinlock collars and 12 weight plates with a standard hole diameter of 30/31 mm made of solid cast iron with a total weight of 17 kg:
