Weight Plate Set 5 kg for Your Strength Training

The weight plate set consists of a total of 8 weight plates with weights from 0.25 kg to 1 kg. You can increase your training weight in small increments with the lighter weight discs. All weight plates are made of chrome and look stylish during every workout. In addition to free training with the weights, you can of course also use the chrome discs for weight training.

Suitable for Barbell Bars with 50/51 mm hole Diameter

With the Olympia hole diameter, the weight plates fit on weight bars with a 50/51 mm hole diameter. You will need locks to secure the weight plates, which you can also find in the Gorilla Sports online shop.
You can use the weight plates for both dumbbells and barbells to train in a variety of ways. With their very low weight, they allow you to precisely increase the training weight in small increments.

What matters is the hole diameter: it must fit your barbell, in this category you'll find besides standard plates also Olympic versions. Individual plates range from 0.5 to 30 kg, so you can fine-tune your weight. Always buy plates in pairs so your barbell is loaded symmetrically.
Chrome plates have a smooth, shiny surface that wipes clean easily and looks classically styled. Compared to rubber plates, they're louder when set down and less forgiving on the floor, but particularly durable and resistant to wear. Sets like the Olympic set with carry bag are also convenient to transport and store.
Wipe the plates dry after your workout - sweat and moisture can take a toll on the surface over time. Store them dry on a stand or in the carrying bag and don't let them drop on hard floors - the chromium coating can flake off on impact. A floor protection mat under your training area protects both plates and floor.
With a hole diameter of 50/51 mm, the set fits Olympic barbells. For dumbbell use, you'll need matching collars separately.
The set consists of 2 x 0.25 kg, 2 x 0.5 kg, 2 x 0.75 kg and 2 x 1 kg chrome discs for fine weight gradations, neatly stored in the included carry bag.
