Why Are Tri-Grip Weight Plates Better?

Especially when performing “decline crunches” with weights, it can feel quite uncomfortable if the weight is hard to hold. The solution to this problem is the weight plate with a plastic gripper.

The plastic casing is rounded and therefore particularly gentle on the floor. The recesses in the handles allow you to grip them ergonomically and use them during your exercises. The disc also has a practical 31 mm hole, which allows you to use the weights on dumbbells or barbells with the standardised bar with a 30 mm diameter. With its discreet yet stylish black and red colouring, the gripper weight disc is a smart choice for workouts, especially for beginners.
