Cast Iron Weight Plate with Tri-Grip Handles - 2.5-45 lb (1.1-20.4 kg)

Whether you use this weight plate directly as a training tool or to insert it on your barbell is irrelevant: the cast iron grip weight plate of 0.5 kg, 1.25 kg, 2 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg cuts just as good a figure with your crunches as it does as an additional weight on the dumbbell or barbell.

The Advantages of the 1" (25mm) Cast Iron Weight Discs

As a cast-iron version, it is particularly robust and can withstand being dropped on the gym floor after a strenuous workout in the sweat of your brow. Conveniently, the kilogrammes are always indicated on the discs - so you can immediately see what you need for the next exercise.
