All ankle & wrist weights - whether 0.5 x 0.5 kg with a total weight of 1 kg or more - have a high-quality finish and reinforced seams. This can guarantee a particularly long use, even if the weight cuffs are not well taken care of. The cuffs are available in universal sizes, can be easily adjusted using velcro fasteners, and are made of skin-friendly polyester. They are filled with metal granules.
