Power for your muscles: The high-quality barbell bar set with barbell, SZ curl bar and star locks/spring locks is excellent for strengthening the muscles in your shoulders, neck, upper back and chest as well as your biceps and triceps.
The Chrome-Plated Barbell Bar Set includes Barbell Bars with Knurled Grips, Weight Markings and a 30 mm Diameter:
- A barbell bar with a length of 170 cm (5.5 ft), a diameter of 3 cm and an internal handle dimension of 107 cm
- One SZ curl bar with a length of 120 cm (4 ft), a diameter of 3 cm and an internal handle dimension of 80 cm
- Included in the scope of delivery: 170 cm barbell bar, 120 cm dumbbell bar incl. four star fasteners or four spring fasteners for securely fastening the weights
The barbell bar has a 31.1 cm lifting surface on each side, a maximum load capacity of 200 kg and a dead weight of 10 kg. With the SZ curl bar, the attachment surface on each side is 18 cm, the maximum load capacity is 180 kg and the dead weight is 8 kg.
