The large punching and striking area with a length of approx. 142 cm and a diameter of approx. 39 cm fulfils the highest demands. The patented FLEX system allows the SCORPION 165 punching bag to act and react like a real sparring partner. This not only trains punching power and stamina, but also coordination of punches and reactions to counter-attacks from the punching bag. The protective sleeve around the spring element provides more safety during training. Ideal for anyone who wants more from boxing training than just punching. Ideally suited when ceilings or walls make it impossible to hang up a conventional punching bag.
Punching surface
The black upper material of the punching bag is made of high-quality and extremely hard-wearing PU synthetic leather. It is sweat-repellent and easy to clean. The punching bag is filled with a special foam that optimally absorbs the impact forces and enables the highest possible training comfort and realistic impact sensation. All in all, a punching bag that meets even the highest demands and challenges.
FLEX system
The patented FLEX system offers absolutely realistic boxing training. It cushions your own punch and thus minimises the strain on your joints and muscles. At the same time, the punching bag reacts like a sparring partner and swings the punch. This creates a realistic workout that is many times more motivating than training with a conventional punching bag or standing punching bag. At the same time, not only punching power and endurance are optimally trained, but also reaction and coordination.
Protection pad
The FLEX system is encased in a protective sleeve. This is made from the same high-quality upper and filling material as the punching bag. As well as providing optimum protection against injury, this cover extends the punching surface of the punching bag. The protection pad can be easily removed and reattached thanks to its Velcro fastener.
Stand
The base is made of solid plastic and can be filled with either water or sand.
Location
For optimum and safe training, there should be a training area of 150cm in all directions from the outer edge of the base.
Area of application
Ideal for fitness boxing at home.
Ideally suited for training punching and blocking techniques.
Kicks and kicks should only be practised barefoot or with special martial arts shoes.
