Whether you train with a height of 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm or 60 cm is up to you and your training skills. Working out with this equipment is very easy! Once set up or positioned at the desired position and height, you're ready to get started.

Your task? To jump onto the surface of the box. You can also integrate the Soft Jump Box into a self-built course, use it as a warm-up, and/or for a challenging workout in between. Thanks to the synthetic leather (outside) and pressed foam (inside), you benefit from a high level of training comfort. "This training device is also ideal for working on your endurance, among other things. With the help of the corresponding jumps, you can get your heart rate going.
