The Grip Types for Tricep Training

You can perform tricep presses on the cable pulley tower with an overhand or underhand grip. Your thumbs point inwards with the overhand grip and outwards with the underhand grip. In the lower grip, you can move less weight, but you are specifically training the medial head of the triceps.
