FAQs

What matters is good padding for a comfortable feel on your head, an adjustable chain length, and sturdy carabiners to attach the weights. Check whether the attachment fits your existing weight plates. The trainer should adjust to different head sizes so it doesn't slip under load.
Via the 95 cm long steel chain with carabiner hook you attach dumbbell plates of your choice and customize your training individually.
With a velcro closure, it adapts to any head size, and the neoprene padding provides extra comfort when wearing.
