You can use the kettlebell for a variety of training exercises. Typical exercises are swings, snatches, cleans, and jerks. Some of these exercises rely on fast movements in which the kettlebell can develop a lot of momentum of its own. You should therefore always warm up well and always start training with a lighter kettlebell if you have no previous experience with kettlebells.
