For your back, lat pulldown bars and rowing handles are the foundation: wide for the latissimus, narrow as a V or parallel grip for the middle back. Train your arms with tricep rope, V-grips, and bicep and tricep bars, and do single-sided exercises with single-handle grips. Foot straps expand your cable machine to leg and glute exercises like kickbacks.
A swivel joint lets the handle follow the natural rotation of your wrists, which makes the pulling movement flow smoother and relieves your joints. Rubber balls on the ends prevent your hands from slipping off the bar under load. Especially with heavy pulling exercises, both details make a noticeable difference in comfort and safety.
The grips are attached to the cable pull via carabiner and work on standard cable pull stations and strength machines with carabiner attachment. Before training, check that the carabiner is fully closed and the grip is secure. Wipe grip surfaces regularly and check nylon ropes and attachments for wear.
The 50 cm nylon loop has a pull ring for hanging on a cable machine or cable tower. At the foot, the practical velcro fastener ensures secure grip at all times.
The maximum load capacity is 80 kg. The robust, form-fitting neoprene padding on the inside guarantees you comfortable training, such as with cable kickbacks.
