The crescent-shaped fitness sandbag can now be found in more and more gyms. The basic principle is simple and effective: you perform movement exercises, running, training, and fitness exercises with an additional weight. The power bag has several grip loops. This allows it to be lifted like a dumbbell or thrown around the body axis as a weight. During push-ups, squats, or running sessions, the power bag lies around your neck and adds a few kilos to your body weight. A soft filling ensures a comfortable fit.
