The EZ Curl Bar has a smooth mount. Together with the two spring locks supplied for securing, the weights can be changed particularly easily and elegantly during your workout. The bar has a diameter of 5 cm. This allows you to use all weights with the typical 50/51 mm (2") bore, including our Gorilla Sports gripper rubber weight plates. The grip area on the bar is knurled and marked. This allows you to grip the bar securely and firmly - even with sweaty hands.
