The E-Series Punching Bag with Pull-Up Bar brings two pieces of boxing equipment together in one. You strike the filled punching bag, then pull yourself up on the sturdy pull-up bar right above it.
Both mount to your wall and save floor space, so the setup fits small flats and compact training rooms. It is an easy way to combine boxing and pull-ups without building two separate stations.
