Dumbbell Bars including star and spring locks for your strength training. Our dumbbell bars are the ideal training partners for your workout if you want to make things quick and easy. The fasteners supplied allow you to change weights as required. This allows you to perform supersets with the least possible effort.

Star clips screw onto the barbell shaft and hold plates extra secure – ideal for heavy sets and overhead lifts. Spring collars snap on quickly, which speeds up plate changes. Safety favors star clips, speed favors spring collars.
Keep threads and sockets clean so closures screw on and off easily - a brush removes dust and chalk residue. Wipe down the knurling after training and store bars dry to prevent corrosion. Regularly check closures for wear and replace stiff ones.
The dumbbell bar has a receiving diameter of 30 mm and is thus compatible with weight plates with matching bore. Depending on the version, it is equipped with a spring or star lock that securely fixes the plates.
Thanks to the quick-release collars, the dumbbell bar is particularly suitable for supersets where you want to switch weights quickly. This way you shape your training efficiently and with minimal effort.
