  • Colour: black
  • Assembly instructions and accessories included
  • Maximum load capacity (depending on the wall): up to 200 kg
  • Weight: 5 kg
  • Dimensions per element (L x W x H): 61 x 9 x 29 cm
  • Mounting plate dimensions (L x W): 19.3 x 9.5 cm,

Important installation instructions: Insert the wall plugs into the drill holes with the screws already fully screwed in. Then screw in the screws to spread the wall plugs. Then fit the dips bars.

Top Dip Bar Exercises and the Muscles They Target

With wall-mounted dips bars, you have a choice: bent-over chest dips primarily train the large chest muscle. Upright triceps dips focus more on training the arm extensors. Don't forget: The size of the triceps largely determines the arm circumference! A good exercise for a washboard stomach is the hanging leg raise: To do this, you use the vertical handles on this model and rest your forearms on the comfortable horizontal pads. This allows you to concentrate optimally on your abdominal muscles.
