If you want strength training that grows with you, this Gorilla Sports 70 kg set is the answer. The 14 plastic-coated plates range from 1.25 to 10 kg — enough load steps to progress gradually without buying a second set.
The 170 cm barbell, two 35 cm dumbbell bars and six star collars let you cover squats, bench press and curls from one bundle.
14 plates, 4 weight steps, 1 clear progression
The weight distribution is built for real training: 4× 1.25 kg, 4× 2.5 kg, 4× 5 kg and 2× 10 kg. That lets you add weight in 1.25 kg increments per side — exactly what you need to break through squat or bench plateaus.
The plastic coating softens the impact when you set plates down, protecting your floors.
One bar, many lifts, load capacity 200 kg
The 170 cm barbell weighs 10 kg on its own and is rated for up to 200 kg — plenty of headroom to add extra plates from the Gorilla Sports range as you get stronger, without replacing the bar.
The two 35 cm dumbbell bars weigh 2.5 kg each and share the same plate fitting, so you can train single-arm work like shoulder press or curls with the same plate stack. 3 cm bar diameter, compatible with standard plastic plates.
