For Strength Training up to 200 kg: the 150 cm Chrome Barbell Bar with Star Lock

With a length of 150 centimetres (5.5 ft) and an internal handle width of 92 centimetres, the Chrome Barbell Bar is ideal for weight training up to 200 kilograms. You can use it with weight plates that have a hole diameter of 31 millimetres. You can use the barbell for strength training to build muscle on the weight bench or as a free barbell for full-body workouts during functional training.

The Optimum Barbell Bar Length

The ideal barbell length for you depends primarily on the weight you will be lifting. If you plan to train with more than 50 kilograms, a barbell from 150 cm (5.5 ft) in length is suitable. For exercises with a wide grip, you will need a barbell with a corresponding grip width of around 90 centimetres. For strength training with up to 450 kilograms at professional level, use an Olympia 220 barbell.
