With the 150 cm chrome barbell bar you can train comfortably wherever a bar with the usual 150 cm length would be unwieldy. Use the device on a weight bench with a narrow rack or for free exercises without a bench. Use it to strengthen the muscles in your shoulders, arms and back. The 150 cm (5.5 ft) chrome barbell bar is equipped with practical spring locks to secure the weight plates. This component allows you to change the discs particularly quickly without the need for lengthy screwing and adjusting. The grip area of the barbell bar is ribbed to ensure a good grip. The diameter of the mount is 30 millimetres. This means that this barbell bar fits all weights with a hole diameter of 31 millimetres. The barbell bar is also ideal for squats.
