Build a stronger back.
Hyperextension bench – foldable, adjustable, stable.

Six exercises, one bench – for your home workout.

The Gorilla Sports hyperextension bench is your all-rounder for back, core and more. With 6 pad positions on the adjustment rail and 3 incline angles (40°, 45°, 50°), the bench adapts to your body and your exercise – whether classic hyperextensions, sit-ups, dips or dumbbell work.

After training, a quick-release mechanism folds the bench down for easy storage. The steel frame holds up to 150 kg and the non-slip feet keep the bench planted on the floor – so you can focus on the rep.

Ready for your next back session?

The Gorilla Sports hyperextension bench brings a classic studio piece into your living room – adjustable, foldable, stable. Whether you're just starting with back work or already doing weighted hyperextensions, this bench grows with you.

Stronger Every Rep!

If you want to strengthen your lower back and posterior chain, a hyperextension bench is your first choice. For relief and spinal extension, a gravity trainer that lets you hang upside down works great. A rowing machine trains your upper back through pulling movements - just make sure it's adjustable for your height.
Set the pads and foot lock to your exact height before you start; your hip edge must stay freely movable. Work slowly and controlled, without momentum and without overextending your lower back. On the gravity trainer, start with shallow angles and short hanging times, and don't train alone at first.
Yes, with the quick-release mechanism you fold the bench down after your workout and store it space-efficiently.
40°, 45° and 50° change the exercise intensity: flatter is great for beginners, steeper suits advanced hyperextensions or side training.
