Whether you want to train your endurance and strength or rebuild your muscles after an injury - you can make your training more effective with the weight cuffs from Gorilla Sports. This is possible because an additional weight has to be moved far away from the body's centre of gravity during all dynamic exercises. The products suitable for training, therapy and rehab can also be used to increase the load during everyday exercise such as jogging or walking.

Weight Cuffs with 0.5 kg to 5 kg per Side

All weight cuffs - whether 0.5 x 0.5 kg with a total weight of 1 kg or more - have a high-quality finish and reinforced seams. This can guarantee a particularly long service life, even if the weight cuffs are subjected to frequent stress during training. The insides of the products, which are available in universal sizes and can be adjusted using Velcro fasteners, are made of skin-friendly polyester. The weight cuffs are filled with a metal granulate. Each weight has a different colour for easy differentiation.
