With the 50 mm Olympic adapter for dumbbell bars with a black spring lock, you can upgrade a 30 mm and 25 mm dumbbell bar so that it can hold discs with a hole diameter of 50 mm. The 50 mm adapters can be attached to 30 mm and 25 mm diameter barbell bars and offer a width of 23 cm on each side for the weight plates. This allows you to increase your weight training by adding heavier discs and reaching new training goals.

How is the Adapter Used?
A barbell with 25 mm and 30 mm diameter for spring locks is suitable for retrofitting with the Olympic adapter set. Remove the two spring locks and attach the adapters to the barbell instead. Use the two screws supplied to fix both adapters to the bar. The screws have no heads, so they are screwed completely into the opening until they are flush with the surface. Now you can slide weights with a 50 mm hole size onto the "new" barbell bar and secure them with the spring locks. To begin with, you should tighten the screws in the adapter a little before or after weight training.
Note: The Adapter Sleeve is only compatible with dumbbell bars with a smooth mount.
