The Crunch Strap is easily attached to the lat pull-down tower with the metal pull ring. You then place the trapezoidal strap around your neck. You can now start training with the weight of your choice. Abdominal exercises with the Crunch Strap from Gorilla Sports can be performed while standing or kneeling. The neoprene protects your shoulders and neck during abdominal training. Over time, you can increase the weight and adapt it to your level. The flexible swapping of weights is particularly useful for drop sets. In drop sets, an exercise is performed until muscle failure. You then use a lighter weight and train again until your muscles no longer want to play along.
