Weight Vest
Your Wearable Resistance for Every Workout

More Resistance. More Results.

The Gorilla Sports Weight Vest makes every exercise more intense. Whether pull-ups, push-ups, running, or squats the additional load challenges your muscles harder and accelerates your progress.

The removable iron weights allow you to adjust resistance gradually. Start light and progress steadily or reduce weight for longer endurance sessions. The universal size fits men and women equally well.

Removable Weights. Your Pace.

The iron plates can be removed and inserted individually. The 10 kg vest has 8 plates, the 20 kg vest 16, and the 30 kg vest 20 plates. You decide how heavy your training gets from light warm-up to maximum effort.

Universal Size. Perfect Fit.

The adjustable straps adapt to every body shape whether men or women. The vest sits close to the body without restricting freedom of movement. This keeps the weight evenly distributed, even during dynamic exercises.

Tear-Resistant Nylon. Rust-Free Weights.

The robust nylon outer material withstands even the most intense workouts. The iron weights are rust-protected, so you can use the vest for outdoor training without worry. TPE foam inside provides wearing comfort.

Stronger Every Rep.

The Gorilla Sports Weight Vest is your wearable upgrade for every workout. More resistance, more intensity, more progress. Your Home, Your Gym.

FAQs

For bodyweight training, running, and walking, a lighter vest like the X-Style with 5 to 10 kg usually does the trick. If you want to improve your pull-ups, dips, and squats long-term, an adjustable vest with 10 to 30 kg is better because the weight grows with your strength. Always start with a small percentage of your body weight and increase gradually.
With adjustable vests, you add or remove individual weight elements to match the load to the exercise and how you're feeling that day: lighter for runs, heavier for strength exercises. A fixed-weight vest, on the other hand, is simpler in design and ready to use right away. With both, a snug fit via a velcro or strap system is important so nothing bounces or shifts.
Yes, the 20 kg weight vest contains 16 individual removable iron plates. You decide how heavy your training gets, from light warm-ups to maximum intensity.
Yes, the universal size with adjustable straps adapts to any body shape. The vest sits snugly on your body without restricting freedom of movement, and the weight stays evenly distributed even during dynamic exercises.
