FAQs

Measure your equipment's footprint and choose a mat that's slightly larger so the base feet and step areas are covered - this category has sizes from 120 x 60 to 180 x 60 cm. For heavy cardio equipment like treadmills or rowing machines, invest in a non-slip version with 6 mm thickness. For lighter equipment, a thinner PVC mat is fine.
The mat protects floor and carpet from scratches, dents, and sweat, dampens vibrations, and reduces noise transmission to rooms below. At the same time, your equipment stands more slip-resistant and doesn't move during training. Dust and abrasion from the equipment also stay on the mat instead of in the carpet.
Wipe the mat regularly with mist-damp cleaner and vacuum the dust underneath so no moisture gets trapped between mat and floor. Let a new mat lie flat for a while before using it so it settles evenly. Harsh solvents and direct sunlight make PVC brittle over time.
Yes. The mat doesn't just sit under your weight bench, treadmill, or bike, you can also stretch it out for stretching, yoga, and bodyweight moves. The slip-proof, shape-stable 6 mm performance PVC stays locked down even when you go all out.
Yes, at just under 2-3 kg, the exercise mat is lightweight and rollable. You pack it away when space is tight, or take it with you outdoors and have it ready to go whenever you want to train.
