I. Scope of Application

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.gorillasports.co.uk by customers residing in the United Kingdom.
  2. Individual agreements (including side agreements and amendments) shall take precedence over these terms.
  3. Only consumers are eligible to order from this store. Orders for business purposes are not permitted.
  4. The contractual partner is Gorilla Sports GmbH, Germany. All goods are shipped from our European warehouses.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. However, UK consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

II. Contract Formation

  1. Product listings do not constitute binding offers. They are invitations to order.
  2. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation.
  3. Order details can be viewed and printed in your customer account or email confirmation.

III. Prices and Delivery

  1. All prices include VAT.
  2. We offer free shipping to UK addresses. For details, see our Shipping Policy.
  3. We do not deliver outside the UK from this store.

IV. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating a reason. To do so, submit a clear declaration using our return & withdrawal form or contact:

We will reimburse all payments including standard delivery costs within 30 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment.

V. Payment

  1. Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, instant bank transfer, and others as shown at checkout.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or limit certain payment methods in individual cases.

VI. Delivery Terms

  1. Deliveries are made exclusively to the UK. Delivery time is stated during checkout and may vary based on product availability.
  2. Partial deliveries are permitted at no additional cost.
  3. Force majeure may delay delivery; both parties are entitled to withdraw if delays exceed 3 months.

VII. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

VIII. Warranty and Liability

  1. UK statutory consumer rights apply.
  2. Wear parts such as treadmill belts, cables, and grips are not covered under warranty.
  3. We are liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for injury to life, body, or health.

IX. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are valid for 3 years. They are non-refundable and can be transferred. We may cancel cards in cases of suspected fraud.

X. Final Provisions

  1. German law applies, excluding CISG. UK statutory rights remain unaffected.
  2. In case of disputes, UK courts may be competent depending on consumer jurisdiction.
  3. The contract language is English. In case of translation conflicts, the English version prevails.
