All weight cuffs - whether 0.5 x 0.5 kg with a total weight of 1 kg or more - have a high-quality finish and reinforced seams. This can guarantee a particularly long service life, even if the weight cuffs are exposed to frequent stress during training. The insides of the products, which are available in universal sizes and can be adjusted via Velcro fasteners, are made of skin-friendly polyester. The weight cuffs are filled with a metal granulate. Each weight has a different colour to make it easy to distinguish.
