The dumbbell set is a basic for your fitness and strength training. You can adapt the dumbbell set individually to your workout at home.
Thanks to the knurled grip surfaces, you always have a secure grip during your exercises. Even when you start to sweat during the last heavy repetitions.

The dumbbell set includes the following individual parts:

•     4 weight plates à 5 kg (diameter 25,5 cm, width 5 cm)
•     4 weight plates à 2,5 kg (diameter 21 cm, width 4,3 cm)
•     1 SZ curl dumbbell bar 120 cm (weight 8 kg) surface 18 cm on each side
•     2 10 kg weight plates (diameter 33 cm, width 5.7 cm)
•     4 weight plates à 1,25 kg (diameter 16,5 cm, width 3,3 cm)
•     2 dumbbell bars 35 cm (weight 2,5 kg each), holding surface per bar and side 10,4 cm
•     6 star locks / spring locks.

The hole diameter of the weight plates is 30/31 mm.

What else is there to know about the SZ curlset plastic 70 kg?

The weight of the dumbbells is included in the total weight indicated. This means that if you use the maximum weights for the dumbbells, you get a total of 27.5 kg single, or 17.5 kg symmetrical. With the SZ bar you come to a total of 48 kg.
