This is how the neck trainer works

To use the neck harness during training, you first put your head in the device. Thanks to the Velcro fastener, each head size can be optimally fitted to the device, this way an optimal grip is guaranteed. Then you attach the steel chain with the snap hook on the headboard and select the appropriate weights in the form of Weight Plates. Now you can start training by lifting your head and lowering it again
