Sculpt your abs and waist with a new twist on this traditional exercise. 

  • Sit down on a mat with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor about hip-width apart. 
  • Hold a moderately heavy vinyl kettle bell in both hands at your chest. 
  • Lean back to a 45-degree angle. 
  • Rotate your torso from left to right by twisting at the waist and swinging the vinyl kettlebell across the body.
  • Do as many as you can while maintaining perfect form. You can make things harder by lifting your feet off the floor.
