Can I get advice on what to buy before I place my order?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you have a missed delivery card the first thing to do is to contact our courier company DPD at www.dpd.co.uk or on 0121 275 0500 to try to rearrange your delivery.
If you have received a dispatch notification email from us but your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number so we can find out what’s going on.
Does my equipment come flat-packed or ready to use?
Most larger items are delivered flat-packed to save on delivery costs, however they are simple to build and come with full instructions.
Why don’t the nuts and bolts provided seem to fit together?
Most of the flat-packed items we sell use locking nuts for added safety and stability. If you look inside the nut, you’ll see a plastic ring, which locks the nut in place on the bolt and prevents it from working loose. You’ll need two spanners, one on the nut and one on the head of the bolt, and to turn as hard as you can to push through the plastic ring. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to tighten it fully.
Can you arrange for someone to build my equipment for me?
In general this is the customer’s responsibility, however if you would like help we do work with some third party companies that can build equipment. To find out if we work with anyone in your area just drop us an email to email@example.com.
Do you sell third-party products?
No, all our equipment is Gorilla Sports branded so we can ensure quality and maintain our high standards.
Will my existing weights fit on Gorilla Sports bars?
As we’re part of a European family of companies, most Gorilla Sports weights and weight-lifting bars use the European 30mm standard. There are a number of other bar diameters in use in the UK, including 1inch (25mm), 28mm, and Olympic (50mm). If you’re unsure, please measure the diameter of the bar, or the hole in the weights, of any existing products you own before ordering. Gorilla Sports 30mm weight plates CAN be used on 25mm bars.
Is there a number I can call to speak to someone about my order?
Yes, our Customer Service number is 020 8050 8024. This number is manned by our expert support staff between 9:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday. Outside these hours you can leave us a message or send us an email and we will call you back as soon as possible.
What should I do if there is a problem with my product?
While we aim to deliver all products in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and attaching a photo of any damage or explaining the fault.
Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?

If there are parts missing, please email a list the parts you require to email@example.com so we can send out replacements.
