Effects of Brexit
We are very sorry to report that, because goods are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, our supply chain has been severely impacted by the changes to customs requirements brought about by Brexit. We are working closely with our courier partners to ensure that goods are delivered as fast and seemlessly as possible. Regrettably they have imposed a surcharge of £10 per parcel, which will be calculated on your order as £10 per 30kg. These charges supercede any previous delivery charges as laid out below. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused by this.
Highlands, Ireland and Channel Islands
We welcome orders from customers throughout the British Isles. If your shipping address is in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, then the following shipping charges will apply. Please see the map below for further details. Delivery time to all these regions is 3-4 working days. Orders for the Republic of Ireland will be charged in GBP.
Our free express delivery service is available to most of mainland Scotland including Aberdeen, but excluding other parts of Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Highlands. If your delivery address postcode is listed below, please select either Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands as your shipping region.
If our courier is unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery. We advise that you contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Unless otherwise notified, your order will be delivered by DPD. They can be contacted on 0121 275 0500.
If you do not respond to the calling card within 5 working days, the items will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be liable for all shipping costs. If you have not received a calling card within 3 working days of being notified that your order has been dispatched (5 days for non-Mainland UK addresses) please notify us immediately. If you do not contact us within this period, you will be liable for shipping costs.
